📦 Shipping & Return PolicY

1. Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order size.
Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain value (specify your threshold).

Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking link

  • Courier name

  • Estimated delivery date

You can track your order directly through the courier’s website or our store dashboard.

2. Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • Return request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is unused, in original packaging, with tags intact

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized/custom items

  • Opened consumables

  • Clearance/final sale items

Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Care team via email or phone within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Our team will approve your request and schedule a pickup with our courier partner.

  4. Once we receive and verify the product, your refund or replacement will be processed.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds to UPI, Card, Net Banking (PayU): 5–7 business days

  • Refunds as Store Credit (if chosen): Same day

Replacement

If stock is available, we can provide a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned product.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting Customer Care.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 3–7 business days.

4. Important Notes

  • Ensure the delivery address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect address, courier errors, or force majeure events.
